The art bunny has struck. The art bunny is a close relative of the dread Rabbit of Caerbannog and once it sinks its nasty, big, pointed teeth into your jugular, it doesn't let go until its satisfied. (Is this the Rabbit of Caerbannog or Bunicula?)

Anyway, I have lately been inspired by the likes of Pika-La-Cynique and Loish and have started sketching like mad. But I wouldn't worry, this fit will pass. Soon. I think. (It usually does.)

Also, it's kind of hard to satisfy the art bunny when you are working full time. Oh dear.

Despite not being very prolific, I've gone through and uploaded some of the artwork that had been languishing on my external harddrive for ages (because poor Pantalaimon the iBook is on his last legs for me to keep anything on him).  There's still tons more I ought to scan from back when I was in high school and all the embarrassing fanart stuff (although I suppose I can upload that into my fandom account SexyHarrySpecs).  Working on it, slowly but surely.

It's been years since I've updated my DA account.  I've gone through and cleaned up certain things and added some actual artwork that I've done in the three years or so I've left this account alone.  Quite a few of the recent artwork is stashed in the Scrapbook section because they're just rough pencil sketches of characters for my works in progress.

...I will also admit to using DA again to follow Pika-La-Cynique's brilliant comic Girls Next Door.  Sarah <3 Jareth!  So cute.
